Happy 2021! Time for A Change!
Growing up, I never thought much about health and wellness and how the decisions I made would impact me later in life. I just figured you get old, take medicine for the rest of your life, watch tv all day and die because that's all I saw.
Fast forward today, I started to really take note of what I was seeing and experiencing. My parents and my friends parents are all older now and the talk of the day is centered around my this and my that. I never understood why people had to be on medication for the rest of their life; that never made sense to me at all! However, it was all around me and nothing had changed. As a matter of fact, people were not getting better but worse. This was very concerning to me and I made a decision not to let that happen to me, which took me on a quest to not only help me but help others with my findings.
With that said, I believe when we make decisions regarding just wanting to live life to the fullest, the Lord hears our prayers. (John 10:10)
Having traveled to some Asian countries, I was intrigued by the diet of those people groups. This lead me to investigate how the body work and what makes it tick. While visiting those countries, I observed their diet and I actually began to incorporate some of the disciplines that have sparked much controversy everywhere I go.
Today, I research ways to keep myself healthy by taking steps to ensure I eat right (see Zurvita's Zeal for life) , drink plenty of living water ( see Nikken Pi-Mag Waterfall),keep my blood flowing (See Bemer) and make sure I keep my mind on things Above! (Phil 4:8)
My aim is to re-introduce the masses to the simple things in life that leads to health and wellness, with education and the tools to implement a healthy way of living.
On this website, the focus will be on: Blood Flow, Hydration, Nutrition and Sleep with emphasis on Clean Air and Grounding.
